You may return the item in store for a refund or exchange or by mail for a refund only (NB you will be responsible for return postage costs). Refunds are for the price of the goods only, sorry but we cannot refund the cost of postage.
The item being returned must be clean, unworn, unmarked and preferably packaged in the original box please.

What size do I order?
We pride ourselves on helping you get the right fit. Without trying on the footwear, it is not always easy to get this right. Please contact us to discuss sizing if you are unsure and we will work with you to try to determine the best size.
